Hi5 is a social gaming platform where the site is reputable for game entertainment.  The international social network was created by Ramu Yalamanchi in 2004.  During that year, comScore reported Hi5 to be one of the third most popular social network in regard to the international profiles. Users can connect through friend suggestion, multiplayer games, share photos, and more. The site features over 200 game genres.  It is ranked the 6th most trafficked online gaming site.   Hi5's headquarters are in San Francisco, California and Bill Gossman is the CEO. Tagged made an acquisition to Hi5 and purchased it in 2011 with an undisclosed sum, suggesting that the games could be better developed.  The company raised $20 million from a line of Mohr Davidow A Ventures and later $3 million totaling to $38 million dollars in funding.  Game veteran developer Alex St. John also joined Hi5 as President and CTO in 2014.  Quantcast reported on June 6, 2013 that Hi5 to have 2.7 million visitors from the U.S. and 4.6 million worldwide.
